As Consultant Project Manager for the complete re-do of the second nine of the 18-hole course by Gary Player Design and the reopening of the course to play
• Reshaping the fairway, green and tee areas and increasing the drainage capacity by modifying the existing soil structure
• Bermuda Mini Werde grass is used in greens and tee areas, and paspalum type Platinum TE (pure dynasty) grass is used in fairway areas.
• Re-design of subsurface and surface drainage systems
• Reconstruction of TORO-based automation irrigation system, pressure regulation and flow adjustments
• Bunker revisions: drainage liner applications and bunker design with special sand selection
• Improving course quality with GGD (golf-grade drainage), topdressing mix production and on-site mixing techniques
• Tee box orientations, obstacle placements and field arrangements according to the game strategy in accordance with the architectural project.
