I took an active role in the final construction phases and opening process of the 27-hole championship course.
• After the rough leveling of the field, final leveling operations are carried out.
• Application of Bermuda 419 (fairway) and Tifgreen 328 (green) grass types in rolls and seedling form
• Installation of a 400 m³/hour capacity multi-stage pump station and the establishment of a synchronized TORO irrigation system infrastructure.
• Shaping of greens, tees, fairways and rough areas in accordance with the architectural plan
• Installation of surface drainage and underground drainage systems depending on land slopes
• Establishing and implementing annual overseeding and summer maintenance programs
